Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a proactive HR professional in Tamil Nadu to manage plant recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with labour laws, handle union-related matters where applicable, and deliver MIS reports with actionable insights.

Responsibilities include planning engagement activities, analyzing HR data, and partnering with management to foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment for plant employees: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement onboarding to integrate new hires effectively.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• In unionized environments, manage union contracts and collective bargaining.
• Prepare MIS reports related to costs, recruitment, attrition; analyze data and provide recommendations.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for plant employees , including sourcing, interviewing, and making hiring decisions. Develop and implement a robust onboarding program to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts. Promote a positive work culture by implementing engagement initiatives, conducting stay interviews, and fostering open communication between management and staff. Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws. In unionized environments, this includes managing union contracts, handling grievances, and participating in collective bargaining.
• Reportings: Prepares MIS reports related to employee cost, recruitment, attrition, etc. Should possess an ability to call out and highlight any issues and discrepancies. Analyzes data and provides recommendations. Should possess hands-on experience in using analytical tools as required.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and conduct monthly engagement/fun activities fostering belongingness and collaboration among employees. Conduct outdoor and indoor activities enabling sportsmanship and enhancing creativity among employees.
