Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Production and Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical
• PG: MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Production and Operations Management, Business Strategy
• Proven ability to lead an integrated cement plant toward KPI targets and measurable improvements

• Lead and drive overall plant performance across production, quality, cost, safety and sustainability KPIs
