Candidate should have deep knowledge of robotic paint shop management and mould shop operations to ensure seamless delivery against QCD parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience in manufacturing plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall production planning, inventory control and customer support group for internal customer and TML, FIAPL and FCA.
• Ensure daily MOP adherence to overall direct labor cost as per budget.
• Overall planning for Hinjawadi operations in terms of direct expenses on account of inventory, logistics are within the budget.
• Ensure delivery parameters of QCD are working seamlessly.
• Overall planning for optimum utilization of resources.
• Must have knowledge on Robotic Paint Shop Management and Mould Shop.
