Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting seeks a Plant Head for a beverage manufacturing facility in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. You will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality and productivity, and manage cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with 15–25 years in beverage manufacturing, including aseptic line exposure and proven Lean, Six Sigma

Qualifications

• BE./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• 15–25 years in beverage manufacturing.
• At least 5–10 years in Plant Head/Factory Head/Unit Head/Manufacturing Head roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L for plant manufacturing operations.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining QCDSP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Productivity).
• Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and OEE improvement.

Experience

• 1525 years of experience in Beverage manufacturing
• At least 5–10 years as Plant Head/Factory Head/Unit Head/Manufacturing Head
• Exp in handling Aseptic line is a must

Key Responsibilities

• Overall P&L responsibility for plant manufacturing operations.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Productivity (QCDSP).
• Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and OEE improvement.
• Lead annual operating plans, production scheduling, manpower planning, and capacity utilization.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, utilities, overheads, and capital expenditure.
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) commercialization and plant trials.
• Improve machine efficiency, reduce wastage, optimize yield, and increase productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems and statutory regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Drive automation, digitization, SAP implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage brownfield/greenfield expansion projects.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, succession planning, and employee engagement.
