Job summary

Parle Agro Pvt Ltd in Maharashtra seeks a senior Plant Head with a BE in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics and 15–25+ years of beverage manufacturing experience to lead manufacturing, quality, logistics, purchase and finance functions. You will drive product availability, cost control, safety and KPI delivery, develop plant teams, implement systems, and ensure high quality products meet market demand.

• BE in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics as preferred
• 15–25+ years of beverage manufacturing experience required
• Experience in manufacturing operations, quality, logistics, procurement and finance

Responsibilities

• Handle complete plant operations across Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase & Finance functions
• Ensure product availability meets market demand and budgeted volumes
• Deliver quality products to the market and manage plant cost & profitability
• Implement systems & processes and monitor KPIs for the plant
• Develop plant employees’ skills and support achievement of targets
• Maintain inventory norms for RM/PM, engineering and finished goods
• Oversee safety of employees and assets and drive project implementations

Qualification: BE – Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics

Experience: 15 years to 25+ years from Beverage Manufacturing Industry

Responsibility

• :To handle complete Plant operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase & Finance Functions
• .Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume
• .Responsible for Delivering Quality product in the Market place
• .Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability
• .Responsible for implementing systems & processes
• .Responsible for Key Performance Indicators for the plant
• .To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in the plant team
• .To Maintain and follow the inventory norms for RM/PM, Engineering & Finished goods
• .To handle new Projects in the plant
• .Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organization
• .Develop skill level of the plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targets
• .Manufacturing Operations –Production , Maintenance, Quality, Supply chain
• .Detailed Technical knowhow of beverage manufacturing operations
