Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants seeks a senior manufacturing leader to oversee a pharmaceutical plant, delivering safe, high-quality operations and sustained productivity. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional teams to meet global standards.

This role requires extensive experience in GMP environments, with a focus on compliance to USFDA, WHO-GMP, and MHRA, and a proven track record in large-scale plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GMP, cGMP, USFDA, WHO
• GMP & other global regulatory standards.
• 15-22 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with significant exposure to plant leadership.
