Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants is seeking a senior pharma operations leader for Chennai, India. The role oversees plant operations, driving safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliance with GMP, cGMP, USFDA, WHO-GMP, and other regulatory standards.

The candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives, mentor cross-functional teams, and deliver manufacturing excellence across the plant, with 15–22 years of pharma manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• 15–22 years in pharma manufacturing with plant leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, cGMP, USFDA, WHO-GMP, MHRA.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
