Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced leader to head operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Gurugram, Haryana. You will oversee safety, quality, and productivity while driving manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires deep knowledge of GMP, cGMP, USFDA and WHO-GMP and other global standards, with 15–22 years of plant leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of GMP, cGMP, USFDA and WHO GMP standards.
• Experience with global regulatory requirements and inspections.
• Extensive leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (15–22 years).
