Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants seeks a senior Plant Head to lead and optimize operations in Jaipur. You will ensure safe, compliant, high‑quality manufacture and drive productivity improvements across the site.

The role requires extensive GMP/cGMP/USFDA expertise and experience guiding large teams in a regulated pharma environment. MHRA experience is a plus and the incumbent will report to senior management.

Qualifications

• 15-22 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with plant leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, cGMP, USFDA, WHO and global regulatory standards.
• Experience driving safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.
