Job summary

Agile Technology Solutions - Your Technology Partner in Pune region seeks an experienced Plant Head to oversee end-to-end manufacturing of automotive electronics components, including moulding and high-volume assembly, with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery.

You will lead production, planning, quality, maintenance, EHS and lean initiatives, drive productivity, and manage relationships with OEMs such as Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, Bajaj, TVS and Honda.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of manufacturing/operations experience with leadership at Plant Head level.
• Background in electronics/electrical manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with automotive OEMs or suppliers is highly desirable.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage end-to-end operations of an automotive manufacturing plant with a strong focus on electronics assembly and moulding.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production, Production Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, HR, EHS and Operational Excellence.
• Drive plant performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
• Lead automation, manpower optimization, quality improvement and space utilization initiatives.
• Ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery to customers.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Manage customer requirements and maintain strong relationships with 2W & 4W automotive OEMs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of manufacturing/operations experience with 5-7 years as Plant Head / Plant Leadership.
• B.E./B.Tech; Electronics/Electrical background preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in automotive electronics manufacturing and high-volume assembly.
• Experience in products such as switches, sensors, controllers, actuators or electronic/mechatronic components preferred.
• Strong exposure to automation and productivity improvement.
• Experience with 2W & 4W OEMs such as Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, Bajaj, TVS, Honda or similar OEMs preferred.
• Candidates with experience across Production, Quality and Planning will have an added advantage.
