Job summary

MetaMorph in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh seeks a seasoned manufacturing finance professional to own end-to-end financial control of the plant, focusing on inventory, costing, CAPEX/OPEX governance, and MIS.

You will drive cost optimisation, monitor plant performance and coordinate with central finance for AP/AR, GST, taxation, while ensuring compliance and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in manufacturing finance / plant finance.
• Hands-on experience in plant costing, inventory, CAPEX, OPEX and financial controls.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and operational metrics.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and finance process automation.

Responsibilities

• Own financial control and governance for the manufacturing plant.
• Monitor plant costs, cost structures and overall manufacturing efficiencies.
• Drive inventory controls and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Track and analyse plant performance, costs and operational variances.
• Manage plant MIS and P&L reporting for corporate finance.
• Evaluate CAPEX and OPEX proposals, with a strong focus on ROI and financial impact.
• Monitor CAPEX utilisation, budgets and project-wise financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls and statutory compliances at the plant.
• Coordinate with central finance teams for AP, AR, GST, taxation and other centralised finance activities.
• Drive costing, bill processing and other plant-level finance operations.
• Support process improvement, automation and digitisation of finance workflows.
• Participate in ERP/SAP-led process improvements and workflow automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process efficiency and stronger financial controls.

Candidate Profile

• 7–12 years of experience in manufacturing finance / plant finance.
• CMA/ICWA preferred; CA is not mandatory.
• Strong experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is essential.
• Hands-on experience in plant costing, inventory, CAPEX, OPEX and financial controls.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and operational metrics.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and finance process automation.
• Candidates with a combination of plant and corporate finance experience would be preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with plant operations while maintaining financial independence and control.
