Position Overview
A detail-oriented role responsible for day-to-day factory accounting, expense tracking, and financial documentation. This role supports operational accuracy and ensures timely financial reporting.
Educational Qualification
Graduation in CA or ICWA or Cost Intermediate
Experience Required
4-7 Years of experience post-completion of CA or ICWA, Relevant experience in Manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the company & produce management accounts as necessary to facilitate the effective management of the company.
- Maintain day-to-day control of all accounting system to ensure complete and accurate processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures.
- Prepare all necessary statements and reports per timelines to enable the accurate measurement of cash flow, profit and loss, stock and debtors, etc.
- Perform periodic cost rollup, standard cost updates and cost analysis.
- Examine standard cost against actual to identify inaccuracies, process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluation and validation of cost savings claims by other departments.
- Coordinate with other departments for BOM validation & cost data collection.
- Carry out necessary statutory, internal, income tax & other audits in material & other accounting areas.
- Invoicing, creditors control & mainly third-party accounting & control.
- Implements financial policies for the company to ensure the effective financial management of the company's affairs.
- Functions as in charge of product costing, creditors, advance and material accounting in the factory.
