Job summary

My Home Constructions is seeking a Planning & QS / Site Coordination professional for high-rise residential/commercial projects. You will plan daily work, coordinate with contractors, monitor quality, track progress, and prepare technical reports.

The role requires B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and relevant site experience, with emphasis on structural works, drawings, and NCR handling. On-site work is expected across Hyderabad projects.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction is preferred.
• Targeted role involves planning, coordination, QC, and site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily work to supervisors and monitor timely completion.
• Conduct weekly project review meetings to track quality, progress, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure work is completed as per plan.
• Monitor site quality, identify defects, and issue NCRs for corrective action.
• Maintain activity-wise checklists and ensure quality during flat handover.
• Prepare technical, progress, and engineering reports.
• Prepare and review material requirements, reinforcement details, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with approved structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate and execute structural works including podium slab, shear wall, and slab reinforcement checks.
• Monitor site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
