Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to spearhead the delivery of a Data Centre project in Chennai. You will chair planning, coordination, safety, commissioning, and handover, guiding design integration across civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS, and IT systems.

The role requires 8+ years in data centre projects and 20+ years of overall experience, with a BE/BTech or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and proven end-to-end delivery of at least four data centres.

Responsibilities

• Review designs, ensure integration across disciplines, and compliance with data centre standards.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring operational readiness and documentation.
