Job summary

URC Construction (P) Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Planning Manager to lead scheduling and progress control for large-scale commercial projects in Navi Mumbai. You will independently manage planning, baseline and recovery schedules, and coordinate with execution and procurement teams.

The role demands strong Primavera P6/MS Project skills, 8–15 years in MEP planning for EPC or commercial buildings, and experience with hospitals or data centers preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in MEP planning for EPC/commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience with hospitals, data centers, institutional, or high-rise projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor MEP schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Prepare baseline, recovery, and catch-up schedules.
• Track project progress, milestones, delays, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate with execution, procurement, QA/QC, billing, and project teams.
• Prepare MIS reports, progress dashboards, and resource forecasts.
• Conduct weekly and monthly planning review meetings.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to independently manage planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination for large-scale commercial projects.
