Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 7–10+ years of planning experience, and advanced skills in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

They turn architectural blueprints into on-time deliverables by crafting detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and identifying roadblocks. They serve as the critical bridge between design, procurement, and on-site execution teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling: Develop, manage, and update detailed project baseline schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against planned baselines.
• Risk & Delay Management: Analyze potential bottlenecks (materials, labor, weather, supply chain) and prepare delay‑catchup or contingency plans.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central hub connecting site execution teams, contractors, architects, billing, and procurement departments.
• Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, look‑ahead plans, and presentations for project review meetings.
• Resource & Cost Planning: Assist in forecasting material and labor requirements, and support the billing and invoicing certification process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: Typically 7-10+ years in residential, commercial, or mixed‑use real estate project planning.
