Job summary

Tvs Shreshta Infracon in India is seeking a Site Coordination Executive to support on-site teams with daily and weekly progress reports, collect inputs, and monitor project schedules against the plan.

The role requires hands-on experience with document management systems, preparing MOMs after meetings, updating quantities from drawings, and maintaining clear internal communications to ensure timely updates with the site team. Familiarity with MS Project and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Should be able to prepare reports based on inputs collected from Site team.
• Experience in creating Schedule in MS Project & Periodic Tracking.
• Experience in email communication & related correspondence.
• Should have proper communication with internal team regarding the updates required by the site team.
• Should be able to take quantities from drawing and updating the quantities once the drawing is revised.
