Job summary

Consult Pro in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, seeks an experienced Planning Engineer for high-rise residential construction (G+25). The role focuses on planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and timely execution of complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project, about 10 years in project planning, and proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in project planning for high-rise residential construction.
• Mandatory experience in projects of G+25 floors or above.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project monitoring, critical path analysis, and delay management.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, baseline plans, and construction timelines.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Coordinate with project, execution, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
• Track critical path activities and implement recovery plans to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare manpower, material, and equipment planning in line with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to validate physical progress and update project schedules.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress dashboards, and variance analysis reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to resolve planning-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation, scheduling records, and progress reports.
