Job summary

Aker Solutions is seeking an experienced on-site engineering professional to lead planning and coordination across multiple disciplines at our Mumbai project site.

You will interact with engineers and contractors, develop micro plans, monitor progress, and prepare reports for the Site Manager. A minimum of 10 years’ site experience is required; PMP/NICMAR is a plus, with remote work up to two days per week.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate required with field experience on-site.
• PMP or NICMAR is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of site engineering experience.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Interact with discipline construction engineers & contractors and prepare micro plans for all the engineering disciplines.
• To plan the resources with respect to micro planning chart.
• Monitor progress of the job.
• Participate in review meeting and areas of concern.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and furnish to the Site Manager.
• Prepare action / recovery plan to meet the target in consultation with Site Manager.
• Follow up for procurement (Site Materials / Equipment).
• Updating of Master planning chart.
• Conduct meetings
• Prepare baseline plan, target plan, Catchup Plans, monsoon plan, etc
• Update schedule

We Think You Should Have

• Engineering Graduate
• PMP/NICMAR is added advantage
• Worked at site as an engineer
• Work in collaborative manner
• Minimum 10+ yrs experience
