Job summary

Aker Solutions ASA in Mumbai seeks an experienced Senior Planning/Project Engineer to support multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will interact with discipline construction engineers and contractors, prepare micro plans, and monitor progress to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires an engineering degree, PMP or NICMAR advantage, and at least 10 years of site experience. You will prepare reports, assist with procurement, and contribute to baselines and catch-up plans while working in

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• PMP or NICMAR is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10+ years of site engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with discipline construction engineers and contractors to prepare micro plans.
• Plan resources with respect to micro planning chart and monitor progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Site Manager.
• Prepare action/recovery plans with Site Manager.
• Coordinate procurement of site materials/equipment.
• Update Master planning chart and schedules.
• Conduct meetings and update baseline, target, and catch-up plans.

What will you be doing?

Interact with discipline construction engineers & contractors and prepare micro plans for all the engineering disciplines.To plan the resources with respect to micro planning chart.Monitor progress of the job.Participate in review meeting and areas of concern.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and furnish to the Site Manager.Prepare action / recovery plan to meet the target in consultation with Site Manager.Follow up for procurement (Site Materials / Equipment).Updating of Master planning chart.Conduct meetings Prepare baseline plan, target plan, Catchup Plans, monsoon plan, etc Update schedule
