Job summary

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed production plans and schedules for static equipment based on approved drawings, material availability and fabrication processes.
• Develop project timelines and monitor fabrication progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate material planning with procurement, monitor BOM alignment, and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Review fabrication drawings and project specs, and coordinate with design, production, and QA/QC teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Identify delays or risks in material supply, fabrication, inspection, or testing and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain planning records, schedules, material tracking sheets, and fabrication progress logs to align with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning and Scheduling

• Prepare detailed production plans and schedules for static equipment.
• Develop project timelines based on approved drawings, material availability, and fabrication processes.
• Monitor fabrication process.

2. Project Planning and Monitoring

• Track planned vs actual progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Update project progress reports regularly for management and clients.

3. Material Planning

• Coordinate with the procurement department for timely procurement of raw materials
• Monitor material availability according to Bill of Materials (BOM) and production schedule.

4. Coordination with Engineering and Production

• Review fabrication drawings, and project specifications before planning.
• Coordinate with design, production, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow.
