• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, tracking critical path activities and milestones for data center construction delivery.
• Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and provide regular reports on performance metrics, earned value analysis, and forecasting to project leadership.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify schedule risks, develop recovery plans, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct resource planning, cost control analysis, and change management while maintaining project documentation and implementing best practices in planning methodologies.
