Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Project and Development Services – India team. You will drive project success, own small projects, and support major initiatives while coordinating reporting, communications and controls to streamline every project.

You will build client relationships, manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and help keep projects on time and within cost, leveraging JLL technology tools like PHP, Prolog and Atlas.

Qualifications

• Degree in a property-related discipline with at least three years of experience in design, construction or project management.
• Strong budget management and client relationship skills.
• Ability to coordinate reporting, meetings and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects and support larger ones with the project manager.
• Ensure reporting, communication and procedures are streamlined.

Likewise, you’re in charge of the organisational structure for each project, making sure that all reporting, communication and working procedures are streamlined, and that every project has clear objectives in place.Your attendance to Project Control Groups (PCG) meetings is necessary—it is the best way to assist the project manager in creating accurate PCG reports. Additionally, you’ll help drive the effective use of JLL technology, which includes Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog and Atlas.
