Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Health, Safety, Security & Environment Specialist to work within the Project and Development Services group in Chennai. The role involves leading small projects, supporting major initiatives, and ensuring efficient reporting, forecasting and budgeting while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in property-related discipline; at least three years of experience in design, construction or project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, organized approach with attention to reporting, forecasting and budgets.
• Experience using digital tools and platforms to drive project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects and support major projects to drive success.

You’ll take ownership of small projects, and provide a boost to the major ones. Likewise, you’ll play a lead role in managing the organisational structure for each project, making sure that all reporting, communication and working procedures are streamlined, and that every project has clear objectives in place.Your attendance at project meetings is necessary, and you’ll be expected to create project- related reports, analyses and reviews. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is crucial; this role needs someone who is good at forecasting project expenditure and ensuring effective management of project budgets.Building strong client relationshipsWe live and breathe client satisfaction.
