Job Description: Planning & Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineer

Reports to: Project Head
To manage project lifecycles through precise cost estimation, site progress monitoring, and ensuring all structural works align with technical specifications and budgets.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) compliance reports.
Develop comprehensive project plans, work schedules, and forecast reports to ensure timely delivery within scope.
Conduct on-site inspections to supervise progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Monitor all structural and reinforcement works, verifying they meet technical design reports and conventional material standards (RCC, masonry, steel).
Act as the primary point of contact for sub-contractors and labor, while attending client meetings to discuss project status.
Prepare RFI (Request for Information) reports for designers and compile status updates for relevant authorities.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in site analysis, feasibility studies, and reading complex architectural drawings
Experience: Proven track record in site supervision or quantity surveying (experience with Facility Management sites is a plus)
Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, and Odia
Site Versatility: Experience across production environments and construction sites, suitable for fast-paced real estate projects.
Immediate Value: Strong capability in handling RFI reports and work schedules aligned with the Planning & QS Manager requirement.
Communication: Fluency in Kannada supports effective coordination with Bengaluru-based site teams and local authorities.
