Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Planner with 3-5 years of planning/merchandising experience to own the category P&L and translate vision into numbers. You will ensure the right mix and stock levels across channels, driving profitability and growth.

You will work with buying, merchandising, and supply teams to balance fashion bets with sustainable margins, while monitoring inventory health and performance against targets.

• 3-5 years experience in planning/merchandising/retail finance
• Highly analytical with strong Excel/Pivot/BI tool expertise
• Strong business acumen balancing numbers and product intuition
• Structured problem solving and detail orientation
