UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) in Gurugram seeks an experienced Associate Director - Planning to lead end-to-end merchandise planning across D2C, retail, and other channels. The role focuses on strategic forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-channel merchandising leadership.

You will drive seasonal and annual plans, manage OTB, and collaborate with merchandising, product, supply chain, finance, and ecommerce teams to maximize revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, Retail Planning, or Commercial Planning.
• Strong understanding of D2C and offline retail planning.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and business planning.

• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and OTB management.
