Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Train and prepare students for campus placements and job interviews.
• Conduct interview preparation sessions, including HR and basic technical interview guidance.
• Organize mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
• Guide students in resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, and professional communication.
• Mentor students in developing confidence, presentation skills, workplace etiquette, and overall employability.
• Counsel students on career opportunities, job roles, and industry expectations.
• Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities with hiring companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring partners, and corporate organizations.
• Track student progress, interview performance, and placement records.
• Collaborate with academic and internal teams to ensure students are placement-ready.
