Job summary

Amity Executive Education in Noida is seeking a Placement Manager / Corporate Outreach to build partnerships and generate placement opportunities for learners across executive programs.

You will focus on employer engagement, internships, placements, and industry collaborations, coordinating drives, interviews, and career fairs.

The role requires a strong network, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience in education or EdTech being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Placements, Corporate Relations, Business Development, or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong corporate networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with universities, executive education, or EdTech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with corporates, startups, and recruitment partners.
• Generate placement and internship opportunities across all executive programs.
• Drive employer outreach through meetings, networking, and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate placement drives, interviews, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Maintain a pipeline of hiring partners and job opportunities.

• Track placement conversions, internships, and employer engagement metrics.
• Maintain high employer satisfaction and repeat hiring partnerships.
