Job summary

UAi - School of Management in India seeks a Placement Coordinator to manage campus recruitment activities for CSE and allied programs. You will build relationships with IT companies, startups, and recruiters, invite firms for drives, and coordinate talks, assessments, interviews, and selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement activities for CSE and allied programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT companies, technology firms, startups, consulting organizations, and other recruiters.
• Identify and invite companies for campus recruitment drives.
• Coordinate pre-placement talks, technical assessments, interviews, coding tests, and GDs.
• Maintain an updated database of students, recruiters, job opportunities, internships, and outcomes.
• Coordinate student registration and eligibility verification for recruitment drives.
• Track placement statistics and prepare periodic placement reports.
• Identify skill gaps among students and coordinate training programs to improve employability.
• Coordinate aptitude, coding, technical, communication, soft-skills, interview, and industry-readiness training.
• Facilitate internships, industrial visits, live projects, and industry interactions.
• Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, industry talks, alumni interactions, and career-development activities.
• Coordinate with faculty, department leadership, and central placement cells.
• Support students in resume development, interview preparation, and career planning.
• Maintain strong alumni and industry networks for placement opportunities.
• Track and report placement offers, packages, recruiters, internships, and other employability metrics.
• Ensure professional communication and smooth coordination between recruiters and students.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
