Job summary

Megoleck Gas Equipments And Piping is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee site execution and store handling for piping projects. The role requires coordinating with clients, managing material requirements, and ensuring timely delivery with quality.

The incumbent will prepare P&ID inputs, drawings, BOMs, and work permits while upholding safety standards on site in Karnataka. A Diploma in Mechanical and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical is required (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of site supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide input data for P&ID, Piping GA, and isometric drawings.
• Understand site material requirements and prepare material listings & BOQ.
• Prepare material indent with specifications for procurement.
• Meet project delivery schedules through planning and tracking of materials, tools, and manpower.
• Manage work permits, gate entry/exit procedures & related documentation.
• Coordinate with client project team for site clearances.
• Prepare Work Method Statements, schedules, checklists, PTI/PTP documents.
• Ensure safety and quality during execution.
• Report site expenses and submit reports.
• Support submission of statutory compliance for workers and ISO documents.
• Oversee all store operations: receiving, stocking, organizing.
• Maintain clean, organized store visually for customers.
• Prepare MRN/MIN (Material Receipt/Issue Notes).
• Execute daily stores functions per SOP; maintain stock registers.
• Ensure store health & safety compliance.

This is a full-time role for a Site Supervisor. Responsible for Stores activity & Piping Project execution ensuring adherence to project specifications & meet delivery timelines with Quality.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, excel & power point).
• Verbal & Written communication in English & verbal in Hindi.
• Understanding the Piping layout drawings, Isometric & P&ID, piping related design Code is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
