Job summary

Kolhapur Zilha Dudh Utpadak Sangh (Gokul Dairy) is hiring Pilot Sales Representatives for multiple locations across the region. You will build relationships with distributors and retailers, appoint new dealers, identify and develop pilot locations, and drive brand promotion to achieve sales targets.

The role requires 2+ years in dairy or FMCG sales, a valid two-wheeler with license, and knowledge of FSSAI. Local candidates are preferred and MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in Dairy Products, Milk Products or Food Products.
• Candidate should own a two-wheeler with driving license.
• Basic knowledge of FSSAI.
• Experience in FMCG will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers to ensure consistent demand for milk and dairy products.
• Appoint new dealers and distributors within the territory.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new retail outlets or pilot locations to expand market presence.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through active brand promotion and market development.
• Submit daily field activity reports for performance tracking and analysis.
• Ensure product availability in assigned markets and manage collections and reconciliations.
• Conduct market analysis, presentations, and client interactions to generate new business opportunities.
