Ex-pilots, CPL holders, wing commanders, and ATC professionals are invited to apply to share expertise and mentor aspiring pilots. Responsibilities include delivering ground training, developing lesson plans, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Qualifications

• Aviation qualifications or professional experience in the applicable domain.
• Prior teaching or aviation training experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates must meet the qualification and competency requirements for the subjects they will teach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground classes and aviation training sessions for aspiring pilots.
• Deliver theoretical instruction in relevant aviation subjects aligned with candidates’ qualifications and expertise.
• Develop training presentations, lesson plans, and supporting learning materials.
• Share professional experience, operational knowledge, and aviation industry best practices.
• Guide students on aviation fundamentals, flight operations, safety procedures, and professional standards.
• Assess students’ understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance records, training documentation, and student progress reports.
• Ensure training delivery adheres to applicable aviation regulations and institutional standards.
