Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in aviation training or related field.
• DGCA ground training specialist knowledge an advantage.
• Strong understanding of aviation fundamentals and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in aviation training or a related field (DGCA ground training specialist).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation (B.Sc), Airline Studies (BBA), or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of aviation fundamentals, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
