Role Overview This is a full-time Picker/Packer position in Amazon's warehouse operations team located at Reay Road, Mumbai. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role operates on a rotating shift schedule with 6 days of work per week.

Key Responsibilities • Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications and packing lists • Pack orders securely and accurately into boxes or containers for shipment • Verify product details and quantities match order requirements before packing • Load packed items onto designated transport vehicles or conveyor systems • Maintain organized and clean workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency • Follow warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times • Assist in inventory management and stock organization within assigned zones • Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or system issues to supervisors immediately

Must-Have Skills • 0-6 months of warehouse or logistics experience, or willingness to learn • Minimum 10th standard pass education • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends • Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 25 kg repeatedly • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices

Good to Have • Prior experience in e-commerce or retail warehouse operations • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) • Experience with barcode scanning and inventory tracking • Certification in basic warehouse safety or material handling • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high productivity targets
