Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent).
• Valid pharmacist license/registration as required by local regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, preferably in a hospital or retail setting.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory to prevent shortages and wastage.

• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, transactions, and inventory logs.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and vendor negotiations for pharmaceutical supplies.
• Provide support for patient counseling and drug information dissemination when needed.
