Job summary

Jupiter Hospitals Projects Private Limited is seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage purchasing follow-ups, non-moving items, and daily GRN/SRN reconciliation. You will coordinate with departments, accounts, and vendors to ensure timely returns and accurate billing.

The role includes creating new codes, maintaining records, and generating monthly reports while monitoring near-expiry and damaged items across the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with Purchase team and Vendors for non–moving near expiry item and ensure return is done on time.
• Follow up with Department for Non-Moving items and alternative materials.
• Reports to Central Store Manager on day-to-day basis regarding GRN, SRN values and bills to be sent to Accounts.
• Accepting Stock Receipt Note (SRN) through scanning of materials and acknowledge the same in Stock Inward Book (SIB) for receipt of document of GRN.
• Coordinate with Accounts for billing queries.
• Coordinate with Purchase for pending bills (Surgical/consignment/Bio-medical/CSSD/General/Stationary/Maintenance/IT).
• New codes creation in systems.
• Maintaining records and preparing Reports.
• Inform senior regarding any deviation or change from decided brands, suppliers, rates and specifications.
• Updating GRN in system; HIS (Consignment/Bio-med).
• Confirming charging to patients, Departmental consumption.
• Checking Near expiry (surgical) across the hospital on monthly basis.
• Checking Damage and Condemnation across the hospital on monthly basis
