Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Delhi seeks a registered Pharmacist Cum Billing Executive to manage pharmaceutical manufacturing coordination, distribution, cold-chain handling, inventory, and billing operations.

Responsibilities include day-to-day pharmacy operations, coordination with manufacturing and distribution, and maintaining batch, expiry, and stock records with proper cold-chain and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm with valid Delhi Pharmacist Registration.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, or billing.
• Knowledge of cold-chain products and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and distribution teams.
• Handle batch-wise, expiry-wise, and stock records.
• Ensure proper cold-chain storage, temperature monitoring, and dispatch of temperature-sensitive products.
• Prepare sales invoices and handle billing, order processing, returns, and documentation.
• Verify product, batch, quantity, expiry, pricing, and tax details before dispatch/billing.
• Maintain required pharmaceutical, inventory, billing, and distribution records.
• Follow applicable regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with customers, distributors, transporters, and internal teams.

• Knowledge of cold-chain products and pharmaceutical inventory management.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing/inventory software skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

13 years in pharmaceutical operations, distribution, billing, or pharmacy.
