Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Program Leader to own end-to-end delivery governance, quality, and financial performance for large pharma engagements. You will lead senior managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic roadmap development and account growth.

The role emphasizes delivering regulated, compliant programs with data integrity and audit readiness while leveraging AI, automation, and digital transformation across global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in engineering, technology, or consulting delivery in pharma, life sciences, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Location: Hyderabad only.
• Proven track record leading complex multi-workstream programs and global delivery teams.
• Experience in delivery governance, commercial performance, portfolio oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, validation practices, quality systems, audit readiness, CAPA, and data integrity.
• Experience driving AI, automation, data and technology-led transformation from strategy to enterprise adoption.
• Executive communication, people leadership, client engagement, succession planning, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Business & Financial Management: Experience managing delivery governance, commercial performance, portfolio oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, validation practices, quality systems, audit readiness, CAPA, and data integrity requirements.
• Digital Transformation: Experience driving AI, automation, data, and technology-led transformation initiatives from strategy through enterprise adoption.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong executive communication, people leadership, client engagement, succession planning, and organizational development capabilities.
