Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights seeks a data analytics expert to translate business problems into actionable insights within commercial life sciences. You will collaborate with the project manager to define algorithms, execute analyses, and deliver high-quality analytics reports for clients.

You will also contribute to Axtria tools, mentor junior staff, and participate in hackathons and automation initiatives while communicating with onshore stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• 5.5 to 8 years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain.
• Knowledge of data sets like Xponent, LAAD/APLD, Plantrak, Formulary, NR/DDD, etc
• Can work across a variety of projects - advanced analytics, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting
• Experience in one or more of various solutions like Segmentation, Ker driver analysis, Brand reporting and dashboarding, Marketing Mix, T&C / A-B testing, Patient Analytics
• Strong in logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, asking the right questions, and logical approach to analyze data
• Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)
• Relevant experience in Statistical/ modeling knowledge, ability to transform data to insights, good data visualization/ reporting skills
• Good to have work experience in building statistical modeling and/or AI/ML models
• Technical knowledge- R/ Python/ SQL. Knowledge of PowerBI and self-service analytics platforms such as Dataiku/ KNIME/ Alteryx will be an added advantage. MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
