Job summary

PharmaACE is seeking a Data Scientist to lead analytics initiatives for pharma clients and mentor analysts. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design AI/ML solutions, own PoC phases, and build production models integrated with front- and back-end systems.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharma analytics, strong programming aptitude, and hands-on ML experience. The role involves client communication and delivering actionable insights with quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Looking for candidates with exceptional expertise in Advanced Analytics and a strong inclination towards Data Science.
• 2+ years of experience working in the pharma industry.
• 8/10 comfort level with at least one programming language, without assistance from Claude Code/Codex.
• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare datasets such as LAAD, Xponent, DDD, Symphony, Komodo, MMIT, and EHR, with basic patient/HCP analytics knowledge.
• Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering (STEM background)
• Hands-on experience in ML modelling (expertise in the internal working of any ML algorithm)
• Deep understanding of healthcare datasets and business workflows (Commercial datasets)
• Ability to select the right statistical framework for unstructured business problems
• Exceptional oral and written communication — crisp and persuasive for technical and non-technical leaders
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and passionate about quality and innovation
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
