Job summary

Mount Talent Consulting seeks an experienced Performance Testing Specialist to drive end-to-end testing life cycle activities in an Indian delivery center. You will craft performance test plans, develop and execute scripts, and analyze results using JMeter, LoadRunner, AppDynamics, Dynatrace and Splunk.

Strong data setup strategies and protocol knowledge are required. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable performance, identify bottlenecks, and deliver actionable

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Performance Testing Life Cycle activities.
• Proficient in NFR analysis, breaking requirements into test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and execution using JMeter, LoadRunner, AppDynamics, Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Experience with protocols Http/Html, Web Services, Ajax Truclient, MQ Protocol, SAP, JAVA.
• Proficient in understanding and presenting performance testing metrics.
• Experience executing and monitoring Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability tests.
• Develop performance test plans and performance test reports.
• Plan and create test data setup strategies required for performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing activities across projects and ensure adherence to NFRs.
• Design and maintain scalable performance test plans and scripts.
• Execute, monitor and report on Load, Stress, Endurance and Scalability tests.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance.
• Create robust test data strategies and documentation for performance testing.
