Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Performance Testing Lead for its technology consulting arm operating in enterprise software and digital transformation. You will design and execute performance tests, identify bottlenecks across network, server, API, and database layers, and collaborate with DevOps to optimize production readiness.

You will configure cloud and on‑prem test environments, generate actionable reports on response times and resource utilization, and integrate testing

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing performance test scripts.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks across network, server, API, and database.
• Experience configuring cloud and on-prem test environments.
• Ability to generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts to simulate real user traffic and stress scenarios.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application tiers and collaborate with dev/ops to resolve them.
• Configure and manage test environments, including cloud and on‑prem setups.
• Generate detailed performance test reports with insights on response times, throughput, errors, and resource use.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable shift-left testing.
• Mentor junior testers on tooling and methodology and share best practices.

About The Opportunity

Our Performance Testing practice is central to ensuring seamless user experiences for mission-critical platforms across finance, e-commerce, and SaaS sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools to simulate real user traffic and stress scenarios.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application tiers—network, server, API, database and collaborate with dev/ops teams to resolve them.
• Configure and manage test environments, including cloud and on-prem setups, to mirror production architecture accurately.
• Generate detailed performance test reports with actionable insights, including response times, throughput, error rates, and resource utilization.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable shift-left testing and continuous performance validation.
• Advocate performance best practices across engineering teams and mentor junior testers on tooling and methodology.
