Job summary

EPAM Systems in Hyderabad is seeking Performance Test Engineers/Analysts to design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests for web apps and APIs. The role requires hands-on JMeter and LoadRunner experience, plus strong SQL and log analysis skills.

You will work onsite, collaborating with client teams and moving towards hybrid/work-from-office arrangements. Applicants should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, be willing to join office 3 days a week, and participate in CI/CD driven

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter & LoadRunner.
• Experience in performance testing for Web Applications and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, XML, Web Services protocols.
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, scripts, and performance reports.
• Experience in test scripting, parameterization, correlation, and debugging in JMeter.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Strong understanding of load, stress, spike and endurance testing.
• Provide performance tuning recommendations to development teams.
• Experience analysing server logs, application logs, and monitoring metrics.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database performance validation.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Experience on: Grafana, InfluxDB, LoadRunner.
• Nice-to-have skills: Docker.
