Wati is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to own the execution of our Google Paid channel globally. You will be the master of our Google Ads accounts, driving campaigns from setup to optimization and reporting.

Responsibilities include campaign execution, landing page testing, audience segmentation, and daily/weekly performance analysis to inform strategy. The role emphasizes a data-driven, experimental mindset with exposure to HubSpot as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets.

• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
