Job summary

Softcrayons IT Education in Gurugram is seeking a Head of Marketing- Meta Ads to lead our performance marketing initiatives. You will oversee strategy, set goals, and mentor the team to drive scalable Meta campaigns.

You will build full funnel growth plans, manage large monthly ad budgets, and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Experience managing monthly Meta ad budgets of ₹50 lakh to ₹5 crore+ (or equivalent).
• Proven success in scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
• Experience leading performance marketing teams.
