Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in managing high-budget campaigns (1 Lakh to 2 Lakhs monthly spend). You will be responsible for driving sales on Amazon and Flipkart, scaling our social media presence, and generating high-converting online inquiries for our brand based in Baner.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management: Manage and optimize product listings, advertisements, and sales ROI on Amazon and Flipkart.

Paid Ads Strategy:Plan, execute, and optimize profitable Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

Budget Management:Efficiently handle a monthly advertising budget of 1 Lakh to 2 Lakhs to maximize returns.

Lead Generation:Strategize and execute campaigns to bring consistent, high-quality online business inquiries.

Social Media Growth:Develop strategies to organically and paidly grow our follower base and engagement across all social media platforms.

Data Analysis:Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics daily to improve overall ROI.

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing and E-commerce management.

Strong expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Proven track record of handling monthly budgets of 1 Lakh+ with positive ROI.

Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and audience targeting.

Strong communication skills and creative thinking.

Must be comfortable working on-site at our Baner office.
