The role requires 3+ years in EdTech marketing, strong analytics, and a proven track record in managing lead-generation campaigns with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Prior experience in EdTech/Education industry is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience managing lead-generation campaigns and performance budgets.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage lead-generation campaigns with a strong focus on lead volume, quality, and conversion.
• Plan and manage performance marketing budgets efficiently.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Develop and implement strategies for funnel optimization and lead quality improvement.
• Work closely with the sales and admissions teams to improve lead conversion and campaign outcomes.
• Monitor landing page performance and suggest improvements for better conversion rates.
• Track leads through CRM and analyze the complete customer acquisition journey.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
