Job summary

Wizsprint Consultants in Kolkata, India, is seeking a results-driven marketing professional to own performance marketing across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto and Bigbasket.

You will manage the digital marketing budget, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates and influencer partnerships, and design CRM-driven customer retention programs via email, SMS, WhatsApp and app push campaigns.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing from Good Institute.
• Experience in performance marketing and digital media.
• Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Bigbasket) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategy across marketplaces and paid channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, influencer partnerships).
• Manage marketplace ad investments (sponsored ads, deals, promotions).
• Continuously test creatives, messaging, and landing pages for higher conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, GMV, Repeat Purchase Rate).
