Job summary

Cogneet’s Growth team in India (Faridabad, Delhi NCR) is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager. You will own eight to ten client accounts, lead three specialists, and work hands-on with landing pages and tracking systems to drive revenue.

You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and marketplace ads, aiming for measurable revenue and pipeline, not just clicks. You’ll report weekly and participate in a structured career framework.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of running paid media with hands-on budgets.
• Fluency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with GA4 knowledge.
• Ability to tie spend to revenue and explain payback.
• Clear written English for client updates and dashboards.

Responsibilities

About the role

Cogneet’s Growth practice runs paid media for brands in India and Canada. As Performance Marketing Manager you own the results of eight to ten client accounts and lead a team of three specialists.

It is a hands‑on role: you build and run campaigns yourself as well as review your team’s, and you work next to the engineers who build the landing pages and the tracking behind them.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and marketplace campaigns against revenue, cost per order or qualified pipeline — not clicks.
• Set up measurement with our engineers: GA4, server‑side conversions and the CRM feedback loop that shows which leads closed.
• Run a weekly testing plan on creative, audiences and landing pages, and write up what you learn.
• Send each client a weekly update and present a monthly review of results and next steps.
• Coach three specialists and review their work before it goes live.

What you’ll bring

• Five or more years running paid media, including budgets of ₹10 lakh a month or more.
• Hands‑on command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and fluency in GA4.
• The habit of tying spend to revenue: you can explain a campaign’s payback, not just its ROAS.
• Clear written English — clients read your updates before they open a dashboard.

Nice to have

• Campaigns in Canada, or for brands that sell in more than one country.
• Marketplace or quick‑commerce ads: Amazon, Flipkart, Noon or Blinkit.
• SQL or Looker Studio beyond the basics.
